1/8 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 oz. (4 slices) fresh mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon olive oil or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon torn fresh basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepperdirections
Sprinkle tomato slices with salt. Arrange on serving platter, overlapping tomato and cheese slices. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with basil and pepper.
