MANGO YOGURT POPS

We also call these mango lassi pops, after the popular Indian drink, because that’s exactly what they taste like.
Makes 8 (2-ounce) pops

Ingredients:

1 cup vanilla or peach nondairy yogurt
1 1/2 cups mango chunks


Instructions:

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into pop molds and freeze.
